Anstory 1.0.6
This update is all about feel: the game runs smoother, catching things feels better, and the app takes less space on your phone.
Smoother on every screen
If your phone has a 90 or 120 Hz screen, Anstory now uses it. Your character follows your finger more smoothly, and the frame rate holds steadier during busy parts of a song. You can pick the frame rate in Settings.
Catching feels better
When you catch something, it now splashes, and short phrases float up from your character: "Yummy!", "Hontastic!", "Hooray!". Catch a long streak and they come out one after another without covering the screen.
Gentler music
At the end of a round, the music now fades out instead of stopping suddenly, and the coin sounds at the end of a round are nicer to listen to.
Fits your phone
The layout now keeps buttons and scores clear of notches and camera cut-outs.
Lighter and faster
We rebuilt how the game loads its art and music. It uses less memory, starts faster, stutters less and is a smaller download.
