Is Anstory free?

Yes. There's nothing to buy. You can watch an optional ad for an extra life or for double coins, but you never have to.

Will I lose my progress if I uninstall the game?

Your coins, unlocked chapters and settings are stored on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data can delete them, and they can't be moved to another device.

How do I change ad privacy?

Open Settings in the game and tap Ad privacy. You can choose whether our ad partners may use data from your device to show more relevant ads. You can change your answer at any time. See the privacy policy for details.

Which languages are supported?

English, German, Spanish, French, Korean and Ukrainian. You can switch languages in Settings.

The music and the falling items are out of sync.

Close other apps that play sound, turn off Bluetooth headphones (they add a delay), and restart the game. If it still happens, email us your phone model.

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Anstory is on Android for now. Follow us on TikTok or Facebook to hear about new versions first.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the game to remove everything stored on your phone. To delete the backup of your game progress held by Unity on our behalf, email us. The steps are in the privacy policy.
