New phone? Playing on your PC tonight? Bug's farm, your coins and your unlocked chapters now come with you.
Your progress follows you
Anstory now signs you in with Google Play Games and keeps your progress in the cloud. Open the game on another phone, or on a Windows PC with the Google Play Games app, using the same Google account, and you carry on where you left off.
The game still starts straight away with the progress on your device, and syncing happens quietly in the background. If the cloud has more progress than your device (say, on a brand-new phone), the game switches to it. Your language and volume settings stay as you set them on each device. No internet? Just keep playing: it syncs next time.
Better on PC
On Google Play Games for PC, Anstory now runs natively and you can play with the keyboard:
- A / D or the arrow keys to move
- Esc to pause, go back or close a menu
- Enter or Space to start, resume and move the story on
On phones, the back button now does the same as Esc: it closes menus and pauses the game.
Honey and flowers in the settings
The music and sound sliders got a makeover: drag a honey drop to set the music and a chamomile for the sounds.
Small fixes
- "Next round!" now fits on one line in every language, including the long ones.
- The first story's title now reads "Bug And Beth", as it should.
- A Ukrainian line on the loading screen reads better.
